  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or pre-stitched products may take additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship across India using Shiprocket’s network of courier partners.
  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier partner rates.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping or promotional rates — these will be clearly mentioned at the time of order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment anytime through the Shiprocket tracking page using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • If a shipment is returned due to wrong or incomplete address, reshipping will incur additional charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately
  • We will coordinate with Shiprocket and take appropriate steps to replace or refund the product, subject to verification.
